attended.”
Before assuming his current position, Mr. Bartlett
was CEO of Digital Juice, Inc., an internationally

media. Mr. Bartlett led the company to a record-breaking
300 percent growth his first year by focusing on Customer
Service and building a High-Performing Team. Sam lives

Most recently, Sam co-authored the book, Building
Better Schools by Engaging Support Staff. This
project was conceived of over a year ago and has brought
much clarity to engaging all support staff. Within
the book, Sam discusses why support staff are critical
links to school success and student achievement. Likewise,
he offers numerous ideas on how to move individuals
from "forgotten hero to an Engaged Ambassador."
Building Better Schools by Engaging Support Staff
has been received extremely well by both support staff
and school administration.
Sam welcomes opportunities to speak with groups on
customer service, team building, leadership training,
and the art of engaging all. Book signing and sales
can be arranged for most events as well. Simply contact
The Engage Insitute for further details.
